Welcome to the home of Small Seeds Development, Inc. and we hope you visit us often.  We are celebrating ten years of service in the Greater Pittsburgh area and excited about our programs.  Our organization is growing and experiencing improvements in terms of infrastructure and outcomes for families.  We have support from the larger community and our goal is to make a bigger impact.  Each program is enhanced to address family needs and time centered services.  Small Seeds is adding to our journey a new program called "Inua Ubuntu". We are positioning the organization for the future, by building on its past and offering quality services.

Our strength lies in successful programs for children, families and communities.  Small Seeds breadth of activities and partnerships make what we do possible and our challenge is found in delivering innovative services with good outcomes.  To our families, communities and funding sources, we make a commitment to maintain an environment which fosters high performance and accountability.  As always we invite new families, opportunities and challenges.
